Top Winter Wedding Venues in Jackson Hole

Winter wedding venue in Jackson Hole: Snake River Ranch

I love winter weddings in the mountains – the crisp air, sparkling snow, and pure white backdrops make for such a unique experience. And winters in Jackson Hole, Wyoming are about as “winter” as you can get! (Check out my Top 5 Tips for Winter Weddings in Jackson Hole here!)

If you’re dreaming of snowy photos, stunning mountain scenery, and fairytale light, check out a few of my top winter wedding venues in Jackson Hole for more inspiration!

1. Grand Teton National Park

One of my favorite Jackson Hole venues to take photos in all four seasons is Grand Teton National Park. The views, the light, the sunsets behind the Tetons – the Park is an amazing winter wedding photography venue. While much of the Park isn’t open to vehicles in the winter, there are still plenty of spots we can access for the dreamiest shots.

Note: Because Grand Teton is an outdoor, rustic, natural environment where the priorities include protecting the park’s resources and allowing all visitors to enjoy the park, only small, simple, rustic, and undecorated ceremonies are permitted. 2. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is an amazing winter wedding venue option in Jackson Hole. Whether you ski/snowboard or simply love winter and mountain scenery, JHMR’s Rendezvous Lodge (up on the mountain) is one of my favorite venues to recommend. There are also several areas at the base of the mountain that are perfect for winter wonderland photos!

3. Snake River Ranch

Snake River Ranch is a family-owned cattle ranch adjacent to Teton Village, Wyoming, and just south of Grand Teton National Park. It’s an absolutely gorgeous natural setting for weddings at any time of year, and one of my top picks for winter wedding venues in Jackson Hole. Snake River Ranch’s proximity to the Tetons makes it a great choice for an additional photoshoot session in the Tetons.

If you’re looking for a winter-in-the-mountains wedding experience, the Wedding Tree is a favorite winter wedding venue in Jackson Hole for so many reasons. Incredible views of the Tetons (weather permitting), the most photogenic tree backdrop in the area, and the quiet make the Wedding Tree the perfect spot for an intimate ceremony, elopement, or microwedding. Snowshoes are recommended!

5. Moose Creek Ranch (in Victor, Idaho)

Moose Creek Ranch is on the west side of the Teton range in Victor, Idaho, just over Teton Pass from Wilson, Wyoming. It’s a beautiful wedding venue any time of year, with outdoor areas and a fan-favorite barn – a great blend of Western charm and modern amenities. I love Moose Creek Ranch as a winter wedding venue. So many amazing photo options!

Bonus: The Cloudveil

The Cloudveil Hotel is a new, luxury boutique hotel on the Town Square in downtown Jackson. The Cloudveil has quickly become one of my top winter wedding venues in Jackson Hole. They have a fantastic indoor-outdoor event space, complete with fire pits and views of downtown Jackson. Plus, a quick walk downstairs and out the front door takes you right to the elk antler arches on the Town Square for amazing photos.
